Owner/Principal
Selena is the Principal of Classique, LLC, a Private Client Service Company. Classique, LLC is a full-service company, offering training and consulting for individuals, corporations, business ventures, fundraising, political consulting and the etiquette of entertaining clients at work or in the home. The company also conducts international etiquette and protocol, extensive diversity training, facilitation of counter objectives, personnel placement services, and assessment center training.
Franchell Dunham
Chief Executive Officer
Franchell S. Dunham acted as the Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for Classique, LLC for over 10 years, and is now the Chief Executive Officer. Mrs. Dunham manages all of the day to day operations for the company. She handles all the company extensive strategic planning and leadership activities. Mrs. Dunham directs the educational test preparation for all public safety entry-level and promotional exams for over 300 public safety officers. Her tests contribute to students hiring and promotional success 100%. She oversees the national and international business development department for the company and manages all employees, instructors, and contract labor. She handles all of the personnel placement and staffing including all of the pre-employment background screening for the company and clients. Mrs. Dunham counsels military spouses on issues for deployed military service members. As a licensed Esthetician she provides personal consulting to politicians, business owners, and students. Franchell attended Metro State College in Denver, Colorado and Grambling State University in Grambling, LA. She majored in Meteorology with a Minor in Business.
Chametre Anderson
Senior Vice President of Operations / Project Manager
Chametre Anderson is the Senior Vice President of Operations and the Project Manager for Classique, LLC. She is responsible for overseeing the management and compliance of all National and International contracts and opportunities for Classique. Chametre develops and oversees the educational test preparation for all public safety entry-level and promotional exams for over 300 public safety officers including Police, Fire, and EMT. Her tests contribute to the students hiring and promotional success rates of 98% and above. She also oversees and manages all Classique instructors who contribute to this success.
Chametre brings a wealth of knowledge in executing financial accounting and business principles throughout the company. She has also managed several call centers throughout the Phoenix and Denver areas providing customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, training and development, curriculum development, sales, debt collections, statistical and analytical data collections as well as research management in which she holds several awards for her accomplishments.
She attended AMS Business School in Phoenix, Az, and H&R Block Tax Preparation School in which she is a Certified Tax Preparer for both personal and small business tax preparations as well as several managerial and self-improvement courses. Chametre also enjoys traveling, sports, tropical fish and family time.
Debbie Gibbs
Vice President of Operations
Debbie Gibbs is VP of Operations with Classique, LLC. Having lived in Alaska serving as an elected representative with the Alaska N.A.C.E. foundation, Debbie is now back in Colorado where she brings the skills gained from that experience to her work with Classique.
Debbie works with our employees and vendors to manage and facilitate executive meetings, training programs, and event planning for our clients. She works closely with First Responder Agencies during their recruitment and career advancement phases to prepare prospects with test-taking and orientation procedures. Additionally, she is responsible for all aspects of AP/AR, including the timely processing of employee reimbursements, subcontractor and vendor payments, and contract management.
In her free time, she enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity Restore as a cashier, spending time with her family, and hanging out at the dog park with her adorable rescue pup, Lucky. D. Matthew Johnson
Information Technology Consultant
D. Matthew Johnson is an information technology consultant and works with organizations to provide IT solutions and lead IT development efforts. Previously Mr. Johnson has worked with international financial institutions to develop multi-platform, internal and customer facing tools that meet strict privacy, security, and regulatory constraints. Mr. Johnson earned his B.S. in business administration from Regis University in 2006 and is certified in PSM I, PSM II, and PSPO I by Scrum.org. He is currently working on his MBA with an emphasis in business and data analytic / machine learning.
Quay Childress
Sr. Marketing Consultant
As a National and International award-winning strategic marketer, Quay Childress works for Classique as the Sr. Marketing Consultant and an EDI Instructor. She owns SOCL LUXE Marketing and works as a consultant, digital marketer, social media manager, event manager and website designer for several non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies.
Quay has worked in the Health Equity Multicultural Initiative department of one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the Nation, and as a Campaign Team Member to help counter violent extremist group recruitment for the U.S. Department of State and Meta, inc. She has also served in Community Health & Quality Systems Improvement departments with the goal of fostering community relationships to help integrate heart-healthy programs.
As a campaign career highlight, Quay was part of a team that was announced as the National Champions, being the only team from the United States, to make the final three. She was also awarded 32 under 32, and just recently graduated with her MBA from Louisiana State University - Shreveport.
Quay is also a part of the Dallas Regional Chamber for Young Professionals, Young at Heart, Dallas Toastmasters International, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
In her spare time, she enjoys self-care, playing with her dog-son (a 75-pound labradoodle), and traveling with her husband and family.
